Nowadays, the printer is a basic companion either in our home or offices. When there’s a need, people want to print anytime. They want it handy and convenient. However, the stressful part comes in when we need it to print, for a number of reasons, the printer just doesn’t work.

There are things that might have caused the Canon printer offline status. Check your internet connection first. If the connection has no problem, just restart the computer and let a new internet connection gets established and the printer status should be online. But if the issue still persists, go to printer folder and set the Canon printer offline status back to online. Just Click / Select ‘Start’ from the bottom left of the Windows screen, ‘Control Panel,’ ‘Printers and Other Hardware,’ and ‘Printers and Faxes.’ Right-click your printer’s icon and select ‘Use Printer Online’. And that should resolve the issue and you can start printing.
